I didn’t write this book, this book wrote me. We’ve tried consulting, training, and coaching to help create desired long term change. During the process we did make some great progress at times. But it never felt like we truly helped a company become the company that they truly dreamed about. But one day we decided to roll our sleeves up and jump into the ditch. We dug down and asked the hard questions and documented the problems. We found out that the majority of employees had no real idea of their day to day tasks. We discovered things like tremendous lack of follow through, no accountability and unresolved issues. We locked arms with the owners and managers and created solutions for every situation with a high level of accountability and vulnerability. And with no pre-designed blueprint for success we discovered what everyone was looking for, success. This book is a story of our process that is still working in the business world everyday. In this book you’re not going to get a motivational speech or a 7 step program to success. You’re going to get a shovel to start digging through all of the problems and issues so that eventually you’ll uncover the company you’ve always dreamed about. Time to start digging!
