📋 Your Role as an Assistant Interpreter

  • Earnings: Increase your earnings to 25% PV (Personal Volume).
  • Paid Levels: Earn commission on 3 levels of your downline:
    • First Level: 8%
    • Second Level: 6%
    • Third Level: 4%

🎯 Advancement Requirements

To prepare for your next level of advancement—Interpreter—you’ll need to:

  1. Develop three Assistant Interpreters who collectively generate a set Group Volume (GV) of $1,150.00 per month.
  2. Complete all required courses and training listed below.

To complete your training as an Assistant Interpreter:

  1. Click on the Assistant button on the right side of the page. This will take you to your course list.
  2. Begin working through the following courses in order:
    • 100: Introduction to the Hartman Value Profile
    • 101: Basic Understanding of the HVP Global Scores
    • 102: Basic Understanding of the HVP Language
    • 103: Basic Understanding of the HVP Balance Scores
    • 104: Introduction to the DISC
    • 105: Basic Understanding of the DISC Language

Review your Advancement Requirements regularly to stay on track. Completing your training and working with your downline to meet Group Volume goals will prepare you to advance to the Interpreter level. Focus on helping your team succeed while mastering your own skills. 🎯
